Excellent on time service with technicians who really seem to know their stuff. I have a steam radiator system which few companies have expertise in. Cermignano has expertise in steam too. Very happy with this company.

Technician who did annual maintenance on a high-efficiency gas boiler was excellent - explained and showed poor status of the gaskets on my unit (probably never replaced by previous HVAC co.) and performed all necessary work. Pleasant, efficient, neat. Glad I switched to Cermignano - saved me from a potentially dangerous and expensive situation!

Dan and Jim were great, they methodically eliminated each loop until the leak was isolated and we fixed the burst pipe and they figured out the rest, nice job!

We discovered at 10am on a Sunday morning that one of our major heating units wasn’t working. We called the emergency number and the technician called back five minutes later. He arrived at our house 20 minutes later and diagnosed the problem. Fortunately he had the parts required to fix the problem at the shop. He left to get them, came back and fixed the heater. Really outstanding emergency service!

The service team showed up on time, 100% thorough in performing a complex annual servicing of our high efficiency hybrid boiler and spent time educating me on how to better understand and maintain the system. Great locally owned company that I have enjoyed doing business with for the last several years.

Frank did our annual AC maintenance check today. He was friendly, efficient, and careful. He even discovered that our capacitor was not working and the backup capacitor was being used. He fixed it right away. We are very happy with his work. Bob Cermignano’s company is the best!

Best service call I've ever had. Our A/C stopped working on a hot summer day. I called and received a service appointment the same day. Jim B and Nick were awesome and on time. They were courteous, knowledgeable and informative. They diagnosed the problem, explained what happened and how they would correct it. They also discussed the cost before proceeding. Bob Cermignano will be putting in my next HVAC system.
