We discovered at 10am on a Sunday morning that one of our major heating units wasn’t working. We called the emergency number and the technician called back five minutes later. He arrived at our house 20 minutes later and diagnosed the problem. Fortunately he had the parts required to fix the problem at the shop. He left to get them, came back and fixed the heater. Really outstanding emergency service!
The service team showed up on time, 100% thorough in performing a complex annual servicing of our high efficiency hybrid boiler and spent time educating me on how to better understand and maintain the system. Best service call I've ever had. Our A/C stopped working on a hot summer day. I called and received a service appointment the same day. Jim B and Nick were awesome and on time. They were courteous, knowledgeable and informative. They diagnosed the problem, explained what happened and how they would correct it. They also discussed the cost before proceeding. Bob Cermignano will be putting in my next HVAC system.
