trained service technicians will:

 

	Check air handler filters & replace if necessary (no charge for replacing disposables)
	Check for adequate refrigerant charge
	Check for refrigerant leak (no charge for adding up to two pounds refrigerant)
	Check condenser and clean if necessary (no charge for applying coil cleaner)
	Lubricate condenser fan motor
	Check condenser fan blade for tightness
	Tighten all electrical connections
	Check voltage at unit under full load
	Check condensate drain and condensate lines for blockage (no charge for flushing lines)
	Check blower belt for condition, tension, & alignment (no charge for replacing worn fan belts)
	Lubricate all bearings
	Check blower for cleanliness
	Check all safety controls
	Inspect contactor contacts
	Check thermostat
	Check lock-out controls if used
	Check evaporator coil for cleanliness, if accessible
	Inspect starting capacitor
	Inspect running capacitor
	Check for vibration and noise
	Check and record starting and running amperages
	Make written recommendations for any needed repairs to system
	Apply service sticker
